Oxyfolio offers elements and features specifically designed for use with Breakdance. By purchasing and using Oxyfolio, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
a. Payment and License: You agree to pay the specified fees and acquire an unlimited, exclusive license to use solely in conjunction with Breakdance.
b. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including any updates or modifications, remain the property of their respective owners. You can not copy, modify, distribute, or use the elements or features beyond the scope of the granted license.
c. Support and Updates: We strive to provide ongoing support and updates, ensuring compatibility with Breakdance. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any element or feature or cease the provision of support at our discretion.
By using Oxyfolio, you agree to:
a. Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration and purchase process.
b. Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and license keys associated.
c. Use Oxyfolio only for your personal or commercial use in conjunction with Breakdance. Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the elements and features is strictly prohibited. d. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights when using Oxyfolio.
e. Take responsibility for any content you create or generate using our elements and features and ensure it complies with relevant legal and ethical standards.
We offer full returns during the first 10 days since the purchase.
Oxyfolio and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the elements or features, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Oxyfolio is a beautiful set of elements for Oxygen v6 and beyond. It is pretty special and allows to create out-standing sites that couldn't be made just with Oxygen.Â
We work daily to bring new elements to Oxyfolio and make it's ecosystem only richer. New versions are released constantly. You can check them at the changelog.
Of course! but petitions are prefered to be shared at the community, so that everyone can share their thoughts about that new element and it can gain more priority at the roadmap.
